A legal disclaimer

Vantage Charter is a private jet charter broker and does not own or operate any aircraft. All flight services are arranged through properly licensed and certified air carriers that maintain full operational control of the aircraft and comply with all applicable aviation regulations, including those set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and/or the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) or other relevant aviation authorities.

Broker acts solely as an agent for its clients in arranging charter flights. It does not provide direct air transportation services and is not a direct or indirect air carrier. All air carriers used are vetted for valid certification, safety ratings, and insurance compliance.

Flight quotes are subject to aircraft availability, routing, weather, and market conditions, and may change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on flight time, crew duty limits, airport fees, and other operational considerations. All flight times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

The client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all entry, exit, customs, visa, and documentation requirements for all passengers on the charter. Broker is not liable for delays, diversions, cancellations, or losses caused by weather, mechanical issues, air traffic control restrictions, force majeure events, or any other circumstance beyond its control.

By booking services through Broker, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and to the full charter agreement governing the flight

Refund Policy

At Vantage Charter, we understand that flexibility is important when it comes to private air travel. However, due to the nature of private jet charter services, all bookings are subject to strict cancellation and refund terms as outlined below.

Once a charter agreement has been executed and payment has been made, the flight is considered confirmed. In most cases, payments are non-refundable, as funds are immediately committed to securing aircraft, crew, permits, and other related operational costs. Any cancellation by the client after confirmation may result in forfeiture of the full charter cost.

Where possible, we will work with the operating carrier to minimise cancellation fees or recover partial funds, but refunds (if any) are solely at the discretion of the operator and subject to the terms of the specific charter agreement. In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative, positioning, or cancellation fees.

If a flight is cancelled by the operator due to mechanical issues, weather, or other factors beyond your control, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative aircraft or issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and subject to the terms of the operator.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to provide valid travel documentation. Any changes to the itinerary must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges or fees.

By booking a charter through [Your Company Name], you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and the full terms and conditions provided in the charter agreement.
